It’s been a busy first half of 2024 and a great time to reflect on the initiatives we have carried out during this time. You can read about some of them in the snapshot . It’s been a privilege to be involved with the local communities where we have developments under construction, in planning or under management.

Each of our developments requires a Social and Local Value Plan to forecast the value we anticipate could be created throughout the planning and construction phases. Following a pilot, we have agreed that all our plans focus on a smaller number of key measures to ensure we do this well, and as a result, we are creating meaningful and impactful Social and Local Value around local employment & training, local procurement and support of local community groups and organisations.
