Works complete at The Chilterns, High Wycombe

The programme of asset management and safety works at The Chilterns has now been completed. These works were undertaken to make certain areas of the centre safe and were not related to the proposed future redevelopment.

Putnam acted as Principal Contractor for the duration of the works, with full responsibility under CDM regulations. Dandara remains available should you have any ongoing queries or concerns.

As part of the completed works, the main entrances into the centre are now permanently closed. Tenants with direct street access remain open as usual and continue to trade.

Discussions with Buckinghamshire Council regarding the Section 106 agreement are ongoing, and further updates on the future redevelopment will be shared in due course.

We continue to sponsor High Wycombe Life magazine, a publication led by the High Wycombe Community Board that shares positive local news. It is distributed in print to local households and is also available online.

Recent editions have highlighted local enterprise and creativity, including features on The Front Room’s Coffee Lounge and artists Jan and Katrin Gaska, helping to celebrate small businesses and creative talent in High Wycombe.
